Tech Waves Soars Into Digital Health

With all the new developments in technology, the digital health sector is benefiting the most. Every tech company is developing devices, such as robotic legs, and apps helping keep track of cholesterol/dietary needs, all suited to the customers health benefit. Robin Raskin, founder of “Living in Digital Times”, recently spoke about the tech craze in healthcare at the Hudson Valley Economic Development Corp Conference, “ The Next Big Thing: Digital Health.” According to one participant at the conference, “We’re starting to use health online the way we’re doing banking, travel (or) retail. A 2013 study from Manhattan Research estimated 50 percent of consumers track or monitor their health, wellness or fitness.”
