New mobile 2.0 capabilities allow SnapMD users to use the VCM app as a stand-alone tool for their virtual care, eliminating the need to rely on the web-app to get the services and support they need. While end users can still request and conduct on-demand consultations, now they can also register via the app and manage all of their account information from a single, secure mobile location. Coupled with an updated user interface from front-to-back, patients are now empowered with even greater access to the care they need from anywhere, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
