SnapMD Exhibiting at HIMSS 2019 in Booth #5645

SnapMD to Demonstrate Leading Virtual Care Management (VCM) Telehealth Platform at HIMSS 2019

Telehealth offers unique tech-focused capabilities which can increase access to care, lower healthcare costs, improve patient outcomes and enhance patient and provider satisfaction. At the 2019 HIMSS Global Conference & Exhibition, organizers identified telehealth as an Educational Topic to ignite the discussion around how the healthcare industry can further leverage the technology to transform hospital, health system and private practice operations to ultimately improve the quality, equity and affordability of healthcare in the United States.

Telehealth also has the ability to scale to meet patient needs and adapt to consumer wants. As we move further into 2019, SnapMD predicts and expects that “Healthcare at Home” by way of telehealth will become increasingly popular.

“This will be true across nearly every segment of the country from rural to suburban and urban settings. In all of these settings, provider groups and health systems must find new efficiencies in care delivery while also expanding access to high quality and convenient care. If they don’t do it, newer entrants in care delivery will,” Dave Skibinski, CEO of SnapMD.

In booth #5645 at the event, Dave will be available to discuss his vision for telehealth and Healthcare at Home. SnapMD is able to accommodate Healthcare at Home via our enterprise-level Virtual Care Management (VCM) telehealth platform which supports more than 40 use cases, as well as case management and remote patient monitoring. Chilmark Research also identified how SnapMD “has a clear vision for offering an end-to-end platform for virtual care” and identified how our robust patient scheduling options emphasize the provider-patient relationship as a key platform strength in the market scan report, Telehealth 2018: Vendor Assessment and Market Outlook.
