SnapMD, the leading private-label enterprise telemedicine software company announced today that it will attend and exhibit at this years American Telemedicine Association Summit in Baltimore.
“SnapMD firmly believes that healthcare, and how it is delivered, should be driven by healthcare providers. Our job is to provide tools to the healthcare community that will allow them to determine how best to leverage telemedicine and then get out of the way,” said SnapMD COO, George Tierney. “We are a true white-label solution. We are not a healthcare service provider, and as such do not compete with our customers — We want our customers out front doing what they do best. It is their brand identity that their patients know and trust and it is their brand and clinicians that patients will see when using our technology. Our customers will define the use of this telemedicine technology within the patient community, we simply power the platform.”
The 19th Annual event is expected to attract over 6,000 attendees with an educational program composed of internationally-recognized speakers and thought-leaders on the topics of healthcare and technology that translate real world experience into practical lessons learned. Topics covered in these sessions include: consumer health, wireless applications, specialty services and program operations related to the use of telecommunications technology and the transformation of the delivery of healthcare.
