According to “Clinical Scholars Review: The Journal of Doctoral Nursing Practice,” 86% of doctors, nurses, and nurse practitioners, now use smart-phones in their practice areas everyday. Clearly both sides of the equation have the hardware to drive telemedicine technology and its usage.
